Here's a recipe that I decided on with the help of Brewsmith 2, critique it and give some feedback if you think the ingredients and procedure will produce a good quality BJCP sweet stout with the flavors matching the name. Thanks!!!
Caramel Coffee Stout

Expected Values: Extract (5.00 Gal) ABV: 5.18% OG: 1.053 FG: 1.013 IBUs: 27.3 Color: 30.2 SRM
6.80 lbs Pale Malt Extract
1 lb Caramel/Crystal 60L
8 oz. Caramel/Crystal 80L
8 oz. Special B
8 oz. Roasted Barley
4 oz. Black Patent
8 oz. Lactose (milk sugar)
2 oz. East Kent Goldings Hops (60 min)
1 pkg. British Ale Yeast #WL005
Steeping the grains between 150-160 for about 20-30 min. Boiling the wort for 60 min adding the hops at the beginning.
