Hello or Bonjour! I dabbled in Homemade beer & wine about 15 years ago. I actually loved the simple kit beer when I left it 6-10 weeks after bottling. Got tired of all the cleaning & sterilizing and quit. Now back for the second attempt, but this time my wife is involved as well so the the drudgery part will be lessened - and she does not consume as much as I, so nits a win/win.
I've just completed 4 batches of wine & now want to tackle some beers. I Have a seperate primary for my beer & several plastic carboys. S o hopefully we'll have some grog to consume in a couple of months.:D
