CAP yeast?

Going to be making a CAP (Classic American Pilsner). I'm not sure if I should go with WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast or WLP840 American Pilsner Lager Yeast.
 
If you are making an american pilsner, I'd go with the 840. If you want something closer to the czech pilsner, I'd go with the 800.

I wouldn't use either but if you have purchased them already I'd go with the 800 unless you like the acetylaldehyde of the 840 which is an Anheiser-Busch type strain. My preference from WL would be the 850 although I think it's only availabel as a seasonally available Platinum strain. The 838 WL would be good too. Wyeast Danish Lager 2042 makes an excellent CAP. :mug:
