I have some Star San from last year made with distilled water that is still good. This stuff has been poured from it's original gallon jug to a clean 5g bucket for sanitizing, then back into the gallon jugs for storage quite a few times. The key is using distilled water and only sanitizing very clean equipment (which you should be doing anyway).
Oh ya, get some PH test strips and test before every use just to make sure. And if you stuff goes cloudy, dump it and start over again.
