For those that have a Sanyo 4912, could you stack one on top of another one? I want to use one for temp controlled fermentation, and stack another one on top of it to use as a kegerator. The kegerator would also be high enough that I could do a through-the-door conversion and avoid installing a tower. Any thoughts?

Sure you *could*, but it wouldn't be very stable without building some typs of surround to keep the units from moving. Someone bumps that thing too hard and down it goes.
