So...I'm not entirely sure what my beer ends up qualifying as. The first version of it was mostly munich, midnight wheat, and chocolate, but now it's the grain bill below. I wanted to add a whole bunch of mouth feel but fear this now no longer qualifies as a schwarbier. What would you lot say this looks like?

5.5G to fermenter

6lbs Maris Otter (60%)
3lbs oats (30%)
0.5lbs midnight wheat (5%)
0.5lbs chocolate malt (5%)

2oz Perle 4.4%AA boil 45min / 27IBU

OG 1.052
Balance: 0.472 IBU/SG

Fermenting with 1 packet Saflager S23.

Looks like a low ABV baltic porter to me.

You sure those Perle hops were 4.4%? They generally fall between 6-9% AA, most i've seen have been around 8-8.5%

What does it taste like? That should be your guide not the recipe when determining style for bjcp comp I assume

I think you could get away with calling it a Baltic Porter. Or possibly a dunkelweizen, although there really isn't much wheat there...
