Can this capper bell be changed to accomodate 29mm caps?

I was gifted this capper with a 26mm bell, but I have many cases of 29mm bottles. For the life of me I cant figure out how to switch out the capping bells. Is this possible with this capper or is it permanently 26mm?

It appears so. From Northern Brewer's website: "Caps beer bottles and corks wine bottles. Accommodates 12 or 22 oz crown-cap beer bottles, and includes 26 mm and 29 mm bells; also accommodates 187, 375, 750, and 1500 ml wine bottles."

The bell should be threaded. Left loosey, righty tighty.
