Can pear seeds be run through a juicer safety

I just purchased a juicer and was wondering if I could run whole pears with seeds in there. I know pear seeds are poisonous and didn't know if doing this would poison the juice

instructions for every juicer i have seen recommends to remove them first - even if not poisonous, they could damage it
