I am going to brew another belgian grand cru and I still have yeast in the fridge that I harvested and cleaned 3 months ago. Do you think I should attempt to make a starter with it and use it? I don't have a homebrew store close to me or else I wouldn't bother.

def. do a starter; but it should still be good; I've used yeast I've washed and had in the fridge for 8+ months and they've all kicked off well in a flask on the stir-plate.

+1 on making a starter. If you are really concerned you could make a really low gravity starter first (1.020) and then step it up to a regular starter.
