Can i recap beer? Plz help!!!

Hey guys was just wondering if I could recap a commercially bought beer. Beer in question is Muskoka Brewery's Detour IPA.
Want to do a blind taste test with my IPA homebrew and the detour. So I want to remove all labels and caps.

Yes, but I'd do it just before the test. You could always just use paper bags marked a and b and put stickers at the bottom each glass with corresponding markings. Get an assistant to pop the caps on the bagged bottles when you're not looking, then you mark the bags.

Get it as close to freezing (without freezing) as you can. It will help hold in the CO2.

I'd just have someone else pour the beer.
