Hi.

I built a starter for my Steam Beer a few days ago, put it in the fridge, decanted, and hit it with another small amount of wort. 1/2 cup DME, and 2 cups water for both feedings.

However, I think we're leaving early for Thanks-mas now, I was gonna brew tomorrow. Can I put this in the fridge tomorrow, and pull it back out on Sun/Mon to brew?

What say you HBT??

Should be good I'd think. Palmer suggested to use up a refrigerated starter before a week or so in these circumstances on a BrewStrong podcast. If you just fed it / stepped it up I'd imagine you'll be in good shape but I wouldn't go much longer.
