I just bought all my home beer equipment including home-making kits, various 19L kegs, co2, taps, etc. Currently I'm making beer, but I want to make some wine too. Can I put a batch of wine into a keg and carb it at 10psi so it pours nice out of my taps? Will the wine last in the keg? Will it basically be like sparkling wine?

Thanks

Sure you could do that. I'm not a fan of carbonated wines, so I'm definitely not an expert, but if you like it that way, it'll work great for you. It'll last indefinitely in a keg.

I know that BigKahuna carbonated a Island Mist kit for his SWMBO. The thread is around here somewhere if you want to look for his take on it.
