Hey all, just finished with a 5 gallon AG IPA and I'm stressin! Mis-measured my mash water and dumped about 2 extra gallons into the MLT (realized it just as the bucket was empty) and mashed at 155. I slightly adjusted my sparge water, but didn't want to shorty that, boiled 90min, and my OG was about 1.023.

grain bill:
12 lbs pale ale malt
1 lb crystal 20.

Here is my plan: I pitched the yeast because the starter pack was ready to blow anyway. Tomorrow I am going to the brew store and getting 2 lbs of DME, boiling it on the stove, cooling it, and pitching it into the carboy, any objections? any better ideas? I need this batch for my bros grooms dinner, help!
