I made a batch of beer yesterday. But my keg isn't as full as I would like. Is it possible to open it briefly and add more water. Or fruit juice to give it more of a fruity taste. Or is not possible now. Also if I was to add fruit juice would that cause any issues with the dextrose I add in 2weeks

Greetings, @walter2049! And welcome to Home Brew Talk :mug:

If by "made a batch yesterday" you mean you made wort, put it in the keg, and added yeast yesterday, then sure, you can certainly add sanitary liquid (water or even fruit juice) to your keg as the (hopefully now quite active) fermentation should prevent oxidation issues.

That said, generally the advice is to just stay the course with this batch, don't risk watering it out too much or changing the character with additions like juices, and make notes on how to adjust your brewing process to put the greater volume in the keg for the next batch...

Cheers!

If you add water now (previously boiled) you will change the gravity down and make more, but weaker beer.
That's also assuming you made wort and pitched yeast yesterday.
Also, remember that some yeasts ferment vigorously and you need free head space.

Or do you mean to say that you kegged your finished beer yesterday?
