Now that im in the middle of my first batch:D It has become obvious to me how much temp matters. I can see a problem coming this summer, Maintaining my house at 60 to 65 will extremly dificult (asin not possible).

How are you guys brewing in the summer? And can a fridge be made to run at the optimum temp for brewing?

Thanks :mug:

You can add a temp control for around $50, and maintain perfect fermentation temps.
