Greetings from TN.
I've been homebrewing wine for about 5 yrs, so not a nub but still learning everyday!
so I've recently started using campden tablets for preserving my wine (it never use to stay around long enough to go bad
But I'm getting like sediment/sludge from it settling on the bottom, I've done the research and can find anything on it, is this just normal or what? it bugs the crap out of me seeing it!
I crush it up with a pill crusher, stir it good but it never dissolves?
