Anybody know how to calculate the contributions to gravity that liquid sorghum, brown rice solids, honey, candi sugar, molasses, etc. make? I've been thinking I may be brewing at excessively high gravities, since I typically use 6-7 lbs of fermentables plus 2 lbs of adjuncts in my 3-gallon batches, but I don't really know how to get an exact number. I mean, my goal is definitely to brew high-gravity brews, and so far they've seemed to ferment just fine, but it would be nice to be able to put some numbers (even ballpark numbers) to what I'm doing.
