Most of my family hails from cajun country in Louisiana. I have long heard that my grandfather brewed beer, but no one knows of a family recipe. Really the only thing I know is he would store it under the house and they would occasionally explode.
Not sure if he has some old recipe or if they made kits in the 20s-40s, but myself and a few family members would like to know more.
