Hello! I brewed founders kbs clone and it's been in secondary for 3-4months now. I tested it yesterday and it has turned really bitter in the last month. It's like cold coffee and almost undrinkable. There is two cofee additions in the recipe. One in boil and other in fermenter.
Does anyone have any ideas how to save this or what might cost it? The beer under the bitterness tastes fine. Thanks
