C-Brite no rinse?

Is C-Brite considered a no rinse sanitizer, if not is there a list of no rinse sanitizers?

I believe cbrite has bleech in it. I would rinse the bleech...
Star san is one of the most used and loved no rinse sanitizers around here.
I used cbrite on my first batch but then moved to star san after finding this forum.

I just found my answer searching the threads, seems like C-Brite is a cleaner and not really a sanitizer from what I am reading.

i think to sanitize it has to have wet contact for an unreasonably long time.
