A mysteriously curious brew that cures hangovers and restores the natural heat to the liver. The butterfat replaces the alcohol as the main source of calories. Alcohol has 7 calories saturated fat has 9 calories per gram

Thats the only difference.

The fat absorbs the toxins from the liver just like alcohol and produce a "high" or increase in liver power. Similar to alcohol but the extra two calories hold on to the toxins so they don't damage you like alcohol does.

It can be said that whenever ale or a taven is mentioned in ancient times this was the brew they were making.

Heres the basic recipe.

1 Egg yolk , 1.5 tablespoob Lemon juice, 3 tablespoons Raw butter, and 1 tablespoon honey.

This is fermented maybe you can use your saliva to start the bacteria if there isn't enough in the egg yolk.

There is another recipe omitting the honey.
Egg yolk, raw butter, lemon juice.

You mix the egg yolk and butter into a hollandause

There might be something to this but, I wouldn't think so. Many things can make you feel better but, all the "cures" I have ever tried are definate snake oil.
