Going nuts from winter and COVID, Started cleaning up the barnyard and found this. Traded a brisket for two of them 15years ago. Sold one for $100 so the price is pretty good on this one.

Moved it up to the house and raided my scrap pile for 'good junk'.

Today we eat. 60 lbs of Cornell Chicken.

Preparty for a wedding. It does hold very steady on temps. The heart of the beast is an extra darkstar burner I had and it works perfect.
