This is what I am thinking about building. Ill build a metal frame holding the mash tun on the left, boil kettle in the middle and a HLT on the right. The HLT will sit lower than the mash tun and boil kettle. I will make an immersion coil for the HLT that I will recirculate my mash through to maintain temperature. Then Ill put ice water in the HLT to cool my wort which is why I like it down low. That is a quarter keg, 7.75 gallon capacity, little worried about that. Plus Im going to exchange that ugly keg for a better one and polish them. Ill use one pump. False bottom and insulation for mash tun. Weldless sight gauges and thermometers. Camlock quick disconnects, more beer 55,000 BTU burners. Any opinions? hope the picture works

I have a somewhat similar electric setup. MT is lower, and coil does double duty maintaining mash temp and cooling wort. Difference is that I do it in 2 kettles instead of three and of course mine is electric. I can easily do 6 gallon batches with my element and temp control is really easy with a PID.
