Quite tasty. Made from homegrown buckwheat. The buckwheat flavor and sweetness comes through. Good sippin' booze.

I stopped and got their corn shine and also the aged Copperhead. The Copperhead is the aged buckwheat shine. Smoothest commercial shine I've had and the Copperhead is very easy sipping and is along the lines of scotch.
