I have seen this tossed around in the primary and secondary discussions, but, what about using buckets JUST FOR THE FINAL FRUIT ADDITION?
I have several beers ready to be set on various fruits, we are talking 1-5 months. Does anyone have experience with this? Beers were done in a mix of glass and bb's, are done now, and need their fruit additions. It kind of piled up, and i have busted my ass enough times getting fruit in and out of carboys that i know it sucks....when ihave 3-4 beers worth, its going to suck like a hoover.
How much should i worry, about a few months of aging on fruit, in buckets?
