I don't think you should go around harassing someone with racial or homosexual insults, but I don't think you should limit free speech either.

So true. Recently a few people have been jailed in the UK for racist tweets about soccer players.

How about that off duty cop that was at a baseball game; and called that baseball-player with darker skin than him a "monday" and lost his job for it.
