So this feels like a dumb question before I ask it: In the mash acidification tab, under grain type, how to I categorize Carafa III and chocolate malt? I'm assuming they are both roast malts?
Also, is there a list or chart somewhere that I can reference? I pretty much got the 2rows and crystals figured out though
