It's actually in the loser email from the Black Tuesday drawing.

The good news is that we do still have space available in our Preservation Society, our quarterly beer club. Each quarter includes three different bottles of beer and this December's shipment will include a bottle of 2014 Black Tuesday along with a brand new, limoncello inspired sour ale and an oaked variation of our barley-wine, Old Richland

Supposed to be, and two cocktail-inspired sours in one year would be pretty weak on the mystery beer front.

It's pretty clear that at this point their only ideas are "throw adjuncts in" and "copy cocktails". Oh well.

Roble, yes. Not sure why I can't remember its name -- I know its Spanish for White Oak.

Agreed! And Sobre Blanco is really awesome.

I thought it was a decent pass at a margarita-ish beer, but there was a really abrasive wood note that popped up mid-sip, at least on draft. If not for that, I would've put it solidly in the good category, but it's more interesting than anything else. Had it been a Preservation series beer, it would've been cool but I think it was underwhelming for a Mystery Beer. Maybe bottles are better (their draft system never seems to be dialed in, Wineification II was virtually flat on Saturday) but I'm not holding my breath to be blown away.

I thought the bottle was really great. Definitely no weird wood note to it I could detect. It was one of the better received beers I went to at a tasting yesterday that included BA Abraxas.

How is getting to be your trustee a bonus? If you really want it why not do a proper trade rather than a #gopickitupformebro for a Hoarder's Exclusive? Or are you going to #gopickitupformebro when whatever this year's version of Prop comes out?

Because I would send back extra free beer. And yeah I would if Prop were sitting there reserved 6 bottles for me to just go get at my leisure, and it was being semi panned at jump.

There was an email or facebook post (I forget where I read it). Glasses and Shirts are society only sale at the tasting room this week, and will be added to the website next week if any remain. It said glasses were unlikely to last long enough to make it to the websale, but shirts likely would be available.

One of these days breweries will figure out that the customers/fans who they should be prioritizing, if not outright catering to, are those who are the furthest away geographically, since that's clearly the most appropriate measure of someone's commitment and devotion to the brewery.

i mean, i'm all about locals 99% of the time (#thanksUplandyoufuckers) ....but the locals could go to the event. I get that I miss a significant portion of the benefit from HS by living in ******* Indiana, but ***** the guys could make a little effort to mail me a couple tiny goofy ass glasses that i emailed them about a week ago and offered to pay for.

oh well, really not a big deal at all, god knows i don't need to send them more money and try to justify more pointless glasses to Wife.

I've never really understood why they don't make more of these glasses. If they were like "BT PARTY 2014!!!" that would be one thing, but they're not. Just make more of them so people can buy them if they want...

They probably don't want to deal with having to ship, cover breakage, etc. I could see ordering more and just keeping them on sale in the tasting room for a while, but there's probably a point where the potential profit isn't worth the effort (in their eyes, anyway).

Considering they've had issues managing their core production processes over the last 12 - 18 months, expecting them to effectively balance supply and demand on things like glassware might be asking too much.

Kind of agree, but they did add hoarders glassware already. (though you can only buy two, which is weird at this point as many people split memberships and they've been on sale for weeks and weeks...)

Sorry - I'm not usually a cheeky homie.

I'm saying that I value my TB glassware way higher than any BT glass. I think most who were lucky enough to score the TB glassware feel the same way, but as the saying goes:
