Doing a partial mash pumpkin ale this weekend, after fermentation can I use brown sugar as a priming sugar before bottling? Making 5 gal. Ten lbs of pumpkin, if I can use it how much and do you need to know the recipe?

Sure, you can use any kind of fermentable to prime (corn sugar, brown sugar, honey, extract, maple syrup, etc) but it won't be enough to affect the taste or impact the flavor of the beer at all. I'd use whatever is most convenient and cheapest.

There are free priming sugar calculators on the internet that tell you how much honey or brown sugar is "equal" to 5 ounces of corn sugar.
