Lately I've been trying to break out of my brewing rut and try stuff I don't normally make. Believe it or not, I've never made a brown ale. So, I'd like to get some input on this one:

Looks good. A buddy and I brewed one almost identical not long ago and it's great! Only thing I think different is I think we used 1 lb of crystal and maybe .5-1 lb of flaked oats for head retention. I can't remember what the hops were, but what you've got looks good.
 
I would bump up the chocolate to 1/2 pound or you could also use some darker crystal malt if you are not crazy about the chocolate. Other than that it looks good.
 
Looks fine as-is, Bisquit could be substituted for the Victory if you have trouble finding it. You might also consider using half of each hop @60 and half @20. Fuggles & EGK are classic hops for Browns. Browns are great summer ales. Since they ferment fast and don't need much aging, they are good for quickly filling a hole in your kegger. Resist over-hopping a Brown, even if you are from Texas!
