I tweaked this around a bit with some help. This is what I am looking at now. A partial mash (5 gal) brew:

2 lbs 2-row .5 lbs Biscuit .5 lbs Coffee .5 lbs Flaked Oats .5 lbs 1 lb Crystal 120

5 lbs LME

1.5 oz Fuggles @ 60 min

Nottingham Ale Yeast

Adding 2 oz of maple wood chips 1 week before bottling

The coffee malt that I am looking at is not that heavily roasted. According to recipe calculators the beer will be a light brown - medium brown color. I'm using that instead of the more common chocolate malt found in brown ales.
