Final Gravity: -
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60

Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 0
Ingredients
5.00 lb Amber DME
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 120L
0.25 lb Special Roast
0.25 lb American Chocolate Malt
0.25 lb Black Patent
0.25 oz Warrior [16.4%] (60 min)
1 Wyeast 3068 w/ starter
I'm aiming for a malty, complex nutty brew. I will be doing a full boil but might NOT do a Late Extract Addition because my previous brew came out WAY hoppier than i had anticipated. Does it look good? Should i remove the black patent, i dont want any sharp, astringent flavors. If i was to do a Late Extract Addition should i up my IBUs by 5 points or so.
Thanks,
Dave
