I was given a Brooklyn Beer Shop recipe book (2nd, I think, first recipe is Everyday IPA) this week, and I am wondering what the general view is on their recipes. Are most of them pretty good?
I was a little surprised to see that a lot of them are a little, for want of a better word, gimmicky. I am no Reinheitsgebot zealot, but most of the recipes have some sort of herb/spice/sugar/fruit.
