Broken tip on a 2-foot bine that had started to climb

Not sure what broke it off, but my centennial plant that has already started to climb, and I'd already selected 3 bines and pruned back the rest, had a broken tip this morning. A good half-inch or so snapped off the top and hanging there.

Will this bines sprout a new tip and continue to climb? Or should I prune it and hope the rhizome produces another bine?

Let it go. It'll sprout a new leader or two from the node below the break and be just fine.
