I am brewing the Brickwarmer Holiday Red Ale and noticed on day 3 now that not much activity is taking place in the fermentation. The airlock has moved very little. Today it's been even all day. Does this seem to be an issue or should I expect more activity in time?

Curious how this is doing. My first batch 5 weeks ago was this beer, and it needed a blow off tube for days 2 through 5.
I know a lack of airlock activity doesn't mean there's no fermentation

All is going well, the problem I was having was the seal on a new Airlock was not good. I replaced it with my old one and it's all doing fine. One week and the fermenting is still going but seems to be slowing down a little.
