If I have a recipe for 65L but I only have a 35L what should I do, half the recipe? Strictly use 35L recipe?

Do you have a brewing software program?
Try BeerSmith and you can plug in the 65L recipe and scale to 35L.
There is a free trial period.

Enter the recipe into Brewfather and scale it down to 5 gallons...
