Since I'm relatively new (only brewed 6 batches so far) and have a small NY apartment:

1. Focus more on ferm temps/control
2. Work on (hope it doesn't happen again) beating the 1.02 curse
3. Begin creating my own recipes
4. Find a batch the misses likes and have a constant stock on hand
5. Begin creating labels/tags
6. Wort chiller
7. More patience, i.e. always have 3-4 carboys going at once
8. Begin stove-top all grain brewing
9. Find a way to put a 4-5 tap kegerator in my apartment
10. Try some higher gravity brews

-Go RIMS or HERMS - would ease some stress on brewday
-brew 100 gallons in 5 gallon batches (did ~150 2008)
-Fill my fermentation chamber up at least once - holds 8 fermenters
-Do some lagers, need to finish up my keezer/lagering fridge, again
-decide on some "house" brews. Just been doing random recipes/kits
-Get at least one friend into brewing
-Hopefully get a few brewers in my area together
-Do some lambics
-Do more small batch meads - 5 gallons of one type is a bit much
-Do a couple of wines
-Need more bottle storage space

- 10 gallon batches
- start kegging
- try making wine (other than apfelwein)
- more mead
- lager
- grow hops
- meet some fellow HBTers

Keg my first batch

Refine recipes so I can brew more GREAT beer and less GOOD beer.
Create a system for doing 10 gal batches in an apartment
Trade some beers with HBT peeps
Relax

1: Lable bottles
2: move more into makeing beer rather then cider
3: return to meade makeing
4: Find a good women
5: brew to the limit
6: brew more

Cheers

4) Overcome my general disdain for lagers. :)

Huh, I figured i was the only one out there who was not all that excited about lagers. I dunno, there is plenty of tasty ale in the world to explore without worrying about lagers is my view. To each his own! :mug:

1. Post on this site [Done!]
2. Upgrade equipment for 10 gal batches
3. Brew 60 gal this year
4. Brew a sour beer or two this year to stash away in the basement
5. Plan brews better!

Get more kegs and make the move from kits to all grain
Fit a flooded font to my bar
Finish making my 2 keg cooler on wheels to take camping:mug:
