-Go RIMS or HERMS - would ease some stress on brewday
-brew 100 gallons in 5 gallon batches (did ~150 2008)
-Fill my fermentation chamber up at least once - holds 8 fermenters
-Do some lagers, need to finish up my keezer/lagering fridge, again
-decide on some "house" brews. Just been doing random recipes/kits
-Get at least one friend into brewing
-Hopefully get a few brewers in my area together
-Do some lambics
-Do more small batch meads - 5 gallons of one type is a bit much
-Do a couple of wines
-Need more bottle storage space
