Just brewed my 3rd AG batch, this time my girlfriend wanted to help so I gave her basic information about mashing and let her loose. too my surprise she achieved a 87% efficiency betting my best of 77%!! Some how she hit every number perfectly I am beyond impressed. We brewed a "Late Season" spiced ale using pie spices.
