Hi,

I've been thinking about brewing a beer with 100% white wine grape juice..

I have thought about using either Maris Otter (for a pilsner type beer) or wheat..

Has anyone tried this?

I'm confused. If you're going to use 100% grape juice that's called wine.

Where does the Maris Otter or wheat come into it?

Post your concept recipe, if you wouldn't mind.

My idea (for 20 liter)

6kg Maris Otter or Wheat..
30 liter grape juice
Some yeast

My idea was to mash the grains in grape juice and sparge with more juice..

I know it's grazy, but I've seen beers with that combo, and thought I'd check it out...

There's a recipe discussion ongoing in the recipe forum for Midas' Touch, a clone of DFH's beer from Midas's tomb that uses Muscat grape juice. You might wanna take a look at that.:mug:

Check out allagash victor and victoria. That route could be an option.
