No, but I think I drank one from DFH. Forgot what it was called. It was not too bad. Not shure if I trust if Blue moons version will be ok, although they surprise me sometimes. Its kind of interesting as are braggots (grains/honey) to me.

I had bought it... just had it tonight... It was surprisingly good. Wish it had a little more hop though.

I guess I will need to start an experiment.

The DFH one is called Midas' Touch & is brewed with Muscat grape juice, saffron,& other things. there's a whole discussion on the recipe for it in the recipe forum at the top of the page.

I think I had the Chatuau Juhutu, its an anciet recipe. They also have one called Noble Rot, I believe.

The Chateu Jiau is from a tomb I saw that is some 9,770 years old. Some of the other research I've seen suggests that some form of fermentation may just go back 300,000 years! Troglodite Fridays! They learned instead of clubbing her on the head, just give'er some beer!...:ban::D Cool that Midas Touch came from a tonb 2,700 years old of Midas himself in Turkey.

Thanks for the info guys!! Do any of you know if there are any recipes out there to make something similar?
