anybody know where I can view a good brewing video? I've seen a few on youtube but they aren't complete. I would like to see a video from boil to bottle.

For good brewing advice, see above. Brewing TV is well-done and fun to watch. Not sure if they have a full start-to-finish instructional video though.l

My LHBS loaned me a DVD that was really well made and helped me tremendously.
The DVD is available at local stores or from http://basicbrewing.com/ which also has podcast and videos on their site as well.
PS: you may find DVDs like this at your local library as well.
