Any reason why I should stop brewing ahead of time and drinking it all so there's no transporting homebrew a long distance, though it'd be packed well? Would it oxidize?

That's what I figured as commercial beer gets driven all around the country.

Hoping to be moving, possibly quite far, by July, and wanted to know if there was the potential for oxidation if it were a very long distance.

I certainly wouldn't mess with a fermenter.

Would there be any huge change in elevation? Maybe just a pressure problem but nothing that should hurt the beer too bad.

Quite possibly. So far the first place to investigate is Portland, OR so two mountain ranges would be crossed.
