What a great day of vacation yesterday. I started brewing at 7:30am, Fuller's ESB clone pitched at 11:30. Then started an Edmund Fitzgerald Porter clone, pitched the yeast at 3:30 and was cleaned up by 4:15! I've got two fermentors going nuts. And I must say this wort chiller is great!

After moving to partial mash after my first 3 batches, 21 batches later, all-grain is going to happen this winter. All I need to do is buy the pieces and 10-gallon cooler to make my mash/lauter tun.

Happy New Year everyone!

I can't imagine doing anything other than snoring at 7:30 AM on my holidays. I like to brew, but only after the lazy stuff is taken care of. Great, now I have a new standard to meet. :D
