Brewing in Brooklyn!

Hi everyone! I am fairly new to brewing - I just bottled my second batch today. I'm using John Palmer's book "How to Brew" as my guide for now. I've been using partial mash ingredient kits so far, but I hope to be able to experiment with my own recipes soon enough.

I'm excited about using these forums and learning from all of you!
