I've been brewing my own beer for several years, starting with extract and partial mash kits to doing all-grain for the past couple months.
I have been brought to the forum looking for some reassurance that my latest batch will turn out ok.
I will post on it once it's done bottle conditioning. As a teaser, it's called "Bière de Garden Hosed Porter" Let's just say a little chiller mishap soured my day, but it all seems to be turning out ok, just a little diluted...
