I have been thinking a lot about how awesome it would be to work in a brewery working my way up to being a brew master. This of course not being a reality as I have a very good paying job with wife, kids, and mortgage. However, I was entertaining the thought of taking some schooling whether it be onsite or online courses through some of the colleges that offer brewing certificates/ degrees.

Has anybody here taken any courses? Or does anyone here currently work at a brewery?

Please chime in and share your experiences good or bad, I'd love some feedback.

I haven't taken any of the classes, but I've always heard good things about the offerings from the Siebel Institute Siebel Institute

I would love to take some of their online classes and learn as much as I can!

Can't say that I've taken any classes. The Chris White book on Yeast is fantastic though. If you haven't read it, I'm sure you will learn something from doing so.
