I've seen a few schools, well just one that was in Missouri I think. Just ran across this one a bit more local. Might be a good study to keep me busy in my retired years! Also posting 'cause someone else might just take the plung.

It wasn't for my degree, but a Brewing Science class at VT was my first introduction to the process. I didn't actually try it by myself for a few years.

Not sure how convenient this place is for you but worth looking into. Many professional brewers have gone through their program.
