brewing badges above 20 gal

I have 3 kegs that handle 15.5 gal so far I have made 5 galon badges without adding water to the boil at the end. I also have beersmith software. My question is I am planing to uise a 75 gal tank so I will like to make atleast 60 gallons. prefere if I can cook 30 gal in each badge. The question is can I make a 14 gal mash then boil and add x amount of water to increase the worth?

I could do 2 badges per day and in 2 days mix them. any suggestion

You can add water to a large batch of wort but you will lower the sugar levels

You can make a high gravity wort and then dilute, it will effect hop utilization.

yes I was thinking on that so will have to calculate for a higher OG and perhaps when bottling could use dry hops to kick the hops . Thanks
