I have two lagers going right now which should be ready to keg this weekend. I was thinking of harvesting the yeast cake for this IPA. I have a couple of questions. What will a lager yeast do at ale temps? Will there be as much hydrogen sulfide (poop smell)? Will I need to lager or can I go straight into bottles/kegs?
